We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex.   • Assist customers with account-related questions, claims, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
  • Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
