Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and documentation, including our CRM system.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP).
