Job Description
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling our products and services. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and build strong relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact existing customers on behalf of arenaflex to upgrade or resubscribe their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
- Deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc.
- Deliver productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy, etc.
- Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
- Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
Requirements
* Must be a resident of North Carolina
- Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
- Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
- Professional vocabulary
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Assertive, quick thinking
- Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
- Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
- Good computer skills
