Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Customer Relationship Management & Data Systems to join our team at arenaflex. As a strategic systems thinker and product/service development leader, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting the entire Customer Relationship Management and adjacent systems workflow & architecture, identifying specific solutions opportunities to drive improvements that increase scalability, and developing a strategy and roadmap to serve stakeholder needs and improve our CRM & data architecture and workflows. Responsibilities

As a Manager, Customer Relationship Management & Data Systems, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Systems Thinker:

+ Understand and document the entire Customer Relationship Management and adjacent systems workflow & architecture. + Understand stakeholder asks and their proposed solutions and discern their underlying need. + Identify specific solutions opportunities to drive improvements that increase scalability. + Develop strategy and roadmap to serve stakeholder needs and improve our CRM & data architecture and workflows.

Product/Service Development:

+ Develop and maintain Objectives and Key Results, project plans, schedules, and status updates that effectively engage stakeholders and executives. + Perform data/system investigation and implementation work. + Collaborate with the Data infrastructure team to ensure quality, reliable and compliant CRM and data system.

Executive Partnership & Communication:

+ Forge trusted partnerships with stakeholders across various departments, from Marketing to Sales/Support to Product. + Communicate roadmap, strategic decisions, and results to diverse audiences, ranging from team members to executives influence investment and progress. + Drive to collaborate and coordinate across teams and perspectives to ensure alignment on product management and release, including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements as feasible.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. + 4+ years people management experience. + 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements:

+ Ability to meet arenaflex, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: - arenaflex Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the arenaflex Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. + 4+ years people management experience. + 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects in a global organization of 500+ employees + 2+ years of experience in managing a CRM or equivalent internal tools
