Controller / Accounting Manager - Remote Position

ALUR is a leading manufacturer of premium demountable glass wall systems for modern commercial interiors. We are seeking an experienced Controller / Accounting Manager with strong Acumatica ERP experience to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support the continued growth of our business. This is a remote position with preference for candidates experienced in construction, manufacturing, project accounting, or commercial interiors.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close and financial reporting
• Oversee AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and cash management
• Maintain WIP schedules and project accounting
• Manage sales tax and multi-state compliance filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Oversee commission reporting and payroll reporting
• Maintain and improve accounting workflows within Acumatica
• Coordinate with management, operations, sales, and project teams
• Assist with audit preparation and external accounting support

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Acumatica ERP experience required
• 5+ years accounting or controller experience
• Experience with construction or project accounting preferred
• Strong understanding of WIP reporting and job costing
• Experience with multi-state sales tax compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA preferred but not required
• Experience supporting manufacturing or commercial construction businesses
• Experience managing remote accounting workflows

About ALUR ALUR designs and manufactures high-end demountable glass wall systems for corporate, hospitality-inspired, and design-forward workplace environments throughout North America. Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits:
