The role is hybrid from Missoula, Montana (if within commuting distance of the TRCP Western Office) or remote in the Western United States. Founded in 2002, TRCP is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit working with 64 partner groups, its Corporate Council, and 140,000 members and supporters to guarantee all Americans quality places to hunt and fish. • Coordinate with TRCP’s conservation and digital teams to mobilise sportsmen and sportswomen through targeted emails, online forms, and social media.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with field and communications staff.
  • Experience with content sequencing and campaign planning frameworks, not just individual content production.
  • Existing relationships with hunt-fish and mainstream media outlets and experience pitching stories and interviews.
  • Comfort with AI tools as part of a modern communications workflow.
  • Fluency with digital analytics including reach, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
