Experienced Learning and Development Manager – Application Supervisor at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities

As an Application Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Program management: Outline, document, and maintain the scope of all local L&D tasks, create and manage task plans, and develop a trusting partnership with outsourced call center partners.
  • Learning content development: Use a variety of inputs to perform gap analysis for performance and learning opportunities, identify local and global curriculum needs for tool-based technical and behavioral soft skills, and develop solutions that offer applicable, hard, and efficient learning experiences.
  • Facilitation: Supply learning material in face-to-face and virtual environments to leadership audiences, pilot newly designed curriculum, and run train-the-trainer programs for call center trainers.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and foster strong partnerships with regional CS colleagues, be an effective voice of the local L&D team, and collaborate with other business leaders to transform operational opportunities into L&D opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and equipment learning solutions, including onboarding programs for a range of levels (call center agents, senior call center representatives, rising leaders, and senior leader audiences).
  • Experience designing and facilitating learning services that range from 15-minute learning to multi-week classroom programs.
  • Experience creating learning's, working with LMSs, and virtual learning strategies and tools.
  • Stable facilitation experience in various teacher-led programs for various audiences and training skills.
  • Project management experience, ability to collaborate with a team and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and be attentive to detail.
  • High level of independence and ability to work and manage own time efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related field, Master's degree a plus.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish a plus.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural global environment a plus.
  • Experience with content/knowledge management a plus.
  • Experience designing education curriculum for service, retail, or call center managers/leaders a plus.
  • Experience with innovative facilitation tools a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented, data-driven environment.
  • Experience with large data technology like Spark or Flank and comfortable working with web-scale datasets.
  • Experience with data modeling, data engineering, or software engineering of data services.
  • Experience with data quality, data debugging, and data documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
