Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. This is a remote, work-from-home position based exclusively in the state of Georgia. As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you will work part-time, committing to under 4 hours per shift. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards we are known for. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, reservations, baggage information, and more. You will handle customer interactions with efficiency and empathy, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assisting with booking and modifying reservations
  • Providing information regarding flight status and schedules
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions
  • Following company protocols and procedures for customer care
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Reside in the state of Georgia
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
