Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining good customer relations through courteous and empathetic communication
- Gathering information to identify and resolve customer issues
- Confirming and rescheduling services as needed
- Setting sales appointments for new customers
- Answering billing questions and completing general clerical duties
- Working collaboratively with our Service and Sales teams to deliver exceptional results
- Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly articulate information
- Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a willingness to help other team members
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
