Job Overview

As a Customer Service Store Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering an unforgettable in-store experience for every customer. You will be the go-to expert for all products, including upcoming developments and significant industry shifts. Your role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional sales assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction through a deep understanding of all products
  • Working collectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide top-notch customer service, and maintain operational excellence
  • Prioritizing tasks and breaking them down into manageable steps to maintain productivity levels
  • Using open-ended questions to connect with every customer and evaluate their needs
  • Acquiring and spreading expertise on items and trends to meet customers' preferences
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of all products, including upcoming developments and significant industry shifts
  • Implementing systems that address and eliminate all forms of discrimination, such as harassment or prejudice, to foster an atmosphere where all employees feel safe and respected

  • Passionate individuals driven to achieve great results, with a love for interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Ability to take on tasks or obligations with minimal supervision
  • Flexible schedule that encompasses availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
