Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and manage live chat interactions on various platforms, ensuring compliance with guidelines and maintaining a positive user experience

  • Collaborate with live chat customer support agents to handle incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, including customer feedback and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in online chat monitoring and customer support
  • Work closely with the arenaflex team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on live chat or online support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with live chat software and platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

  • Knowledge of online safety and community standards, with a focus on maintaining a positive and respectful online environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
