Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help drive our success. As a key member of our Client Interchanges group, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform advanced analysis and interpretation of complex data to inform business decisions

• Lead knowledge-driven roadmapping, identifying potential opportunities for channel improvement based on investigations performed
• Champion for applying measurable best practices and cementing a flexible dynamic structure
• Identify opportunities for and execute on streamlining the testing process, such as automated Python results pulling and adaptable dashboards
• Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Designing, focusing on medium-term asks (run planning), and molding long-term guide
• Become the subject matter expert on data tables (e.g., what data is available, where it lives, how we should use it, extensively conveying these across the broader group, etc.)
• Normalize channel metrics and create flexible dashboards across stores/geos
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and draft stories
• Field performance-related questions from MSO and Patterns

What You'll Need

* Four-year degree in Technical disciplines, Finance, Business, or other concentrations with a quantitative focus

• 3+ years of experience in an data-heavy role, in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or potentially systems fields
• Capability in data analysis and advanced SQL data and Google Sheets/Excel use; enthusiasm about finding patterns in data; knowledge of Python is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior-level and cross-functional partners
• Ability to claim and execute on answers for complex issues independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, advance rapidly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
