Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries, from flight reservations and changes to baggage inquiries and general questions about their travel experience with arenaflex
  • Providing exceptional service, ensuring that every customer interaction is friendly, efficient, and professional
  • Maintaining a positive image for arenaflex, representing our brand with pride and professionalism
  • Resolving issues and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, even in challenging situations
  • Collaborating with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving our customer service experience

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Age: You must be at least 16 years old
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Technology: You'll need access to a computer, good-quality headphones for handling queries, a webcam, and a stable internet connection
  • Communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll interact with customers. Fluency in English language is a must
  • Availability: arenaflex operates 24/7, so you must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Satisfying the customer: arenaflex values customer satisfaction, so you must be able to handle difficult situations with empathy and find solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
