You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and concerns, and use your problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing customer support via phone, email, and instant message * Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues * Escalating more complex issues to our Product Support department * Troubleshooting customer problems and identifying root causes * Documenting customer interactions and updating customer information * Meeting quality standards and adhering to schedule and average handle time * Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or equivalent * 18 years of age or older * Proven call center experience * Typing 25 WPM * Proficient in PC operation and navigation * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong listening skills and ability to remain composed under pressure * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a workplace that is conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance.
