Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting daily task handling targets and productivity metrics to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Demonstrating analytical capabilities to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure a satisfactory audit rating
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet productivity targets
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including holidays and weekends
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in processes and updates in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Knowledge of ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service/Operations, with a strong understanding of business processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
