Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, providing exceptional support and creating memorable experiences. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work a 4-day schedule, with each shift being 10 hours long (40 hours per week)

  • Choose from the following schedule options:

+ Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time + Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time + Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time + Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

  • Work from the comfort of your own home, with a secure and quiet workspace and a strong Internet connection
  • Receive all necessary equipment and support from arenaflex

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60 days

  • 2 weeks paid time off per year

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software or other customer service tools
