We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and growth. What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary goal will be to provide timely, effective, and personalized support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members * Providing product and service information, demos, and training to customers * Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * One or more years of customer service or sales experience * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to meet arenaflex's home office requirements and be located in the state of Washington

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Demonstrated self-discipline, time management, and ability to collaborate virtually * Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A * Interest in learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends * Experience promoting and/or selling products and services * Demonstrated communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Where You'll Be Working

As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work from the comfort of your own home office, with occasional in-person meetings and training. We'll provide: * A monthly monetary stipend for internet service * Computer equipment and software * Desk and chair options after successful completion of training You'll need to provide internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum. Wireless connections, satellite, or DSL are not acceptable.
