Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Retail Customer Advisors who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Retail Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked sales environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers, probe about their needs, propose items, and ignite anticipation about acquisitions.
  • Offer customer service that goes above and beyond what is expected.
  • Keep the designated areas fully stocked, sanitary, and free from any hazards to provide a safe and pleasant shopping experience for all.
  • Foster collaboration with managers and team members in reaching sales targets.
  • Perform customer transactions through the POS system.
  • Follow the guidelines in place for handling customer refunds and exchanges.
  • Follow the accepted guidelines for handling payments made using cash, checks, or credit cards.
  • Develop pricing tags and promotional signage, manage stocks, label and exhibit products.
  • Abide by the guiding beliefs that shape the organization's identity.
  • Demonstrate and validate compliance with company safety protocols.
  • Follow the standard operating procedures of the organization when picking up calls.
  • Offer assistance in other store sections whenever necessary.
  • Flourish in a high-tempo atmosphere with accuracy.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Competency in basic math is a fundamental prerequisite for success in higher level math courses.
  • Previous exposure to customer service is required.
  • The aptitude to manage various tasks simultaneously and excel when the pressure is high.
  • In order to qualify for certain job positions, individuals may need to obtain forklift certification through arenaflex.
  • State laws allow for a drug test to be taken and passed before obtaining certification for heavy equipment operation.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

  • Physical strength is required to exert force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently in order to transport or manipulate objects.
  • Often rely on hands and fingers to feel or manipulate objects.
  • Regular involvement in actions that demand physical exertion such as reaching, walking, standing, or climbing.
