What You'll Do:

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative in our Freshers Program, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners
  • Utilizing various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Providing expert-level support through clear and concise communication, using a conversational approach to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Fundamental Work Capabilities:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective completion of mandatory training programs
  • Previous customer support experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
