About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Executive with clinical and corporate expertise to join our team. This role combines your clinical expertise with strategic customer success responsibilities, ensuring that our clients achieve measurable outcomes through arenaflex's innovative solutions. You'll have the opportunity to partner and report to the Chief Medical Officer.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships: Establish trusted clinical relationships with healthcare staff and operational leaders, acting as a clinical resource.

  • Lead product implementations: Align solutions with nursing workflows and operational processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Train nursing teams and healthcare staff: Deliver effective training on the use of arenaflex solutions, ensuring successful adoption and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement: Use AI tools to enhance workflows and patient care outcomes, particularly in bedside care and nursing operations.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships: Ensure seamless communication and address operational concerns, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work with product, sales, and engineering teams to address client feedback and improve user experiences.
  • Establish metrics for success: Develop metrics to measure success, including patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies.
  • Travel extensively: Visit healthcare facilities for onsite support and training, and participate in strategic in-office sessions in Palo Alto.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership: Share best practices from AI implementation and present at conferences/webinars on the impact of AI in Nursing.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

Clinical/exposure experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical or exposure experience.

  • Customer success experience: Proven experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
  • Relationship-building skills: Ability to build relationships across an organization, from front-line staff to executives.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Project management skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency: Bilingual proficiency (Japanese and English) required, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and languages.

Nice-to-Have:

AI or technology adoption experience: Experience with AI or technology adoption in healthcare.
