The Role

As a Customer Support Associate, Nights & Weekends, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to user inquiries via Zendesk email, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions to their concerns
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Escalating critical matters to senior support agents or technical teams as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer support or a similar environment, preferably in a high-growth setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to help solve complex problems end-to-end, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar helpdesk software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
