Experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist w/ English and Italian – Drive Customer Success in the Vacation Rental Industry

As a key member of our Onboarding team, you'll play a crucial role in guiding customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they get the most out of our platform, and driving customer success.

The Role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring they're getting the most out of our platform. You'll work closely with customers to understand their objectives and provide a consultative approach to ensure they're using our software effectively. You'll also analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and work with our Product team to implement changes.

Key Responsibilities

* Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their arenaflex account, connections, and training on the system via phone calls and screen sharing calls in English and Italian.

  • Understand customer objectives and potential to correctly set up their account and assist them during the customer journey.
  • Provide a consultative approach to customers to ensure a proper utilization of arenaflex.
  • Analyze the customer base and work proactively with your pipeline of customers to improve the adoption of arenaflex's suite of products and drive upgrades or upsells.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements, and new functionalities, passing it along to the Product team.
  • Work together with other departments (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to maximize value for customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

* 1+ year of experience as an account manager/onboarding in a high-growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree.

  • Tech-savvy with an ability to fully understand our software.
  • Native/Near-native level of English and Italian.
  • Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers in a consultative manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way.
  • Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment.
  • Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred.
