Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive outreach, communication, and problem-solving
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand arenaflex's customer base
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform sales decisions and optimize performance
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
