Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing top-notch support to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, research, and relationship-building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and customer engagement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Experience working in a remote sales environment or with a similar sales model

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a strong desire to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as salesforce.com or HubSpot
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
