Key Responsibilities

As a Dutch Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards in all interactions with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Improving performance by analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Dutch (written and oral) and English (B2) language proficiency.
  • Previous customer experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • A competitive salary of 1050€ gross/month (12 payments) plus paid accommodation and expenses, or 1300€ gross/month (12 payments) without accommodation.
