Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, helping entrepreneurs resolve their queries regarding payment terminals and other services
  • Identifying and resolving complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective support
  • Collaborating with our four-member team, led by Kristián, to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Continuously learning and developing your skills, staying up-to-date with the latest fintech trends and innovations

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Czech/Slovak and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach, with a passion for helping others and finding solutions
  • A willingness to learn and develop, with a drive to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  • Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary, but a strong desire to communicate and help others is essential
