Job Summary

As a Spanish-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing empathetic and informed support to patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English, providing empathetic and informed support to patients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services, educating customers on the benefits and features of our solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, or medical groups

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Experience with sales or business development, including sales targets and performance metrics
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with arenaflex's products and services, or similar healthcare solutions
