Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our EES Verification Fulfillment team at arenaflex. As a Customer Success Representative, you'll play a critical role in shaping a new business at arenaflex and helping to lead market reach of new and existing products in this space. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training clients on our Verification Fulfillment service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure our service and delivery meets 100% client commitments.

Key Responsibilities

* Field general questions regarding the Verification Fulfillment service from clients

  • Provide service and platform training to clients
  • Consult with clients on best Verification Fulfillment practices to achieve usage results
  • Coordinate handling of inquiries and disputes
  • Provide standard performance/usage reports
  • Coordinate internal support resources to solve identified concerns
  • Cross-collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Solutions, Product, and Data Operations to ensure our service and delivery delivers on 100% client commitments
  • Be a client advocate to address issues
  • Join meetings to serve as Verification Fulfillment subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with other leaders on this multi-year, major strategic initiative to build a new business
  • Grasp new technologies and learning a new business

Essential Qualifications

* Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritizing multiple work items

  • Ability to remain flexible and comfortable with ambiguity within a constantly changing environment
  • Knowledge of human capital management systems or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings
  • Ability to interpret data and present professional content to stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate obstacles

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a data or technology company

  • Knowledge of our Verification Fulfillment service and its applications
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client commitments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
