The Role
As a Customer Adoption Specialist for AI, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns to create awareness of the latest AI technology among our customers and internal field organization.
- Guiding Adoption: Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the setup and adoption process of arenaflex Business AI solutions.
- Creating Learning Resources: Develop tutorials, webinars, guides, and other learning resources to help customers get the most out of our AI solutions.
- Tracking and Monitoring: Track and monitor usage and consumption of AI products, providing actionable feedback to the engineering and product management teams.
- Representing arenaflex: Serve as a representative for arenaflex Business AI on internal and external events, demonstrating the value of our AI solutions to customers and teams.
What You Bring
