Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, starting on September 22, 2025. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee growth
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling in a customer-facing role
