The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our ServicePlus team as a Senior Customer Service Representative (Level 2). As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Indiana Medicaid members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and support to Indiana Medicaid members via inbound and outbound calls

  • Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist members with inquiries related to their Medicaid coverage, benefits, and enrollment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and documentation
  • Transfer calls to the client's call center as appropriate

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and experience with arenaflex software (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and experience with arenaflex software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
