Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team, where you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer problems and communicate effective solutions
  • Manage multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Analyzing customer problems and communicating effective solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Managing multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to senior management

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong technology, analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) or similar software
  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
  • Customer Service experience - Preferred
  • Clerical Support experience - Preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Experience using customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
