Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional real-time support to our customers through live chat. Your key responsibilities and objectives will include:

  • Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide timely support and assistance, resolving queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, maintaining open communication and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing live chat software and other customer support tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Competitive compensation range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life, and AD&D insurance, employee wellness programs, and 401(k) plans.
  • Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) and paid time off and holidays, available after 30 days of employment.
  • Flexible working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, or flexible hours to suit your needs, as long as working hours are completed.
