Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering every incoming call promptly: This is non-negotiable and a core part of the role. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and it's essential that you're available to answer their calls in a timely and professional manner.

Actively listening

to understand the caller's request or concern. You'll need to be empathetic, patient, and attentive, ensuring that you fully understand the customer's needs.

  • Handling and resolving requests directly: When possible, you'll resolve customer requests and issues on the spot. This includes creating new accounts, booking parking spots, updating payment methods, providing rates or availability for specific locations, and answering general questions about our recent Store My Truck acquisition.
  • Escalating requests outside your scope: If a request falls outside your capabilities, you'll clearly document the customer's needs or issue and escalate it to the appropriate internal team without delay.
  • Demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and possess strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintaining a customer-first attitude: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and it's essential that you maintain a customer-first attitude, staying calm under pressure and providing exceptional service to every customer.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of all calls and actions taken: You'll need to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role

, preferably phone-based support.

Ability to answer and manage high volumes of calls

with professionalism and urgency.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Ability to multitask

—document calls, search systems, and resolve issues in real time.

Strong problem-solving mindset

and the ability to work independently.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and escalation

when needed.

Comfortable using basic CRM or support ticketing tools
