Experienced Full Stack Design Engineer – Customer Solutions at arenaflex

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Design Engineer to join our customer solutions team at arenaflex. As a generalist, you'll be responsible for implementing designs in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, working with customers to implement custom themes and components for their communities, maintaining theme additions and changes for long-term arenaflex client sites, and more.
About the Job
As a Design Engineer on the customer solutions team at arenaflex, you'll be working closely with enterprise clients, including Unreal Engine, OpenAI, Atlassian, and more, on projects ranging from simple branding refreshes to full-scale redesigns. You'll collaborate with one or more arenaflex Customer Success Managers to meet client needs and expectations while working with them to decide on design-related priorities. Your responsibilities will include:
* Implementing designs in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Working with customers to implement custom themes and components for their communities
* Maintaining theme additions and changes for long-term arenaflex client sites
* Estimating time and effort needed to implement design requirements
* Implementing large batches of design changes to existing client themes and theme components
* Prioritizing time between multiple concurrent projects
* Lending a hand with support on our Meta forum and directly with customers via email
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and EmberJS or a similar JavaScript framework
* Has excellent customer service and communication skills
* Can interpret brand guidelines and implement design that conforms to them
* Has familiarity with building themes for arenaflex (preferred)
* Is proficient in design software like Figma or Sketch
* Has experience with Git/GitHub
* Has familiarity with automated testing
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Working with enterprise clients on projects ranging from simple branding refreshes to full-scale redesigns
* Collaborating with arenaflex Customer Success Managers to meet client needs and expectations
