Responsibilities
As a Data Entry/Indexing Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images
- Performing document classification validation of automatically classified documents
- Conducting data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents
- Validating redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents
- Performing manual meta-data indexing from digital documents
- Ensuring quality control of documents converted to digital format
- Conducting check data validation of incoming checks
- Reconciling check batch totals
- Distributing check amounts to appropriate accounts as required by the customer
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in typing and a willingness to take a typing test
- Experience in high-speed data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards
