The Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team. As a full-time position, you'll be working Monday through Friday, with an immediate start date. Enjoy a competitive salary of $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, along with excellent benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks
- Updating and maintaining records with precision
- Operating a variety of office equipment, including computers, printers, and photocopiers
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer software
- Experience with standard office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
