We're seeking an experienced Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving billing-related issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including billing, coding, and customer service, to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of client issues
  • Analyze and resolve complex billing issues, including denied claims, payment discrepancies, and coding errors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in medical billing customer support or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex billing issues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems (PMS)

Preferred Qualifications

* Certification in medical billing, such as CPC or CMC

  • Experience with medical billing software, including Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OIG
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
