Cold Calling Specialist – Hospitality Industry

We are a recruitment agency specialized in helping Canadian companies hire international talent. We are currently looking for a skilled Cold Calling Specialist to support our outreach to hotels across Canada. Your role will be to call hotels, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads by identifying employers interested in hiring international candidates. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound cold calls to hotels across Canada - Speak with decision-makers (HR, managers, owners) - Present our recruitment services clearly and professionally - Identify hiring needs and generate qualified leads - Record call outcomes and maintain organized notes Requirements: - Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales - Strong spoken English (clear, confident, professional) - Ability to handle objections and engage decision-makers - Comfortable calling businesses across Canadian time zones - Reliable internet connection and calling setup Nice to Have: - Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry - Experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales Additional Details: - Remote position (open to global candidates) - Preference for candidates with flexible schedules aligned with Canadian business hours - Ongoing opportunity for the right person We are looking for someone results-driven, professional on the phone, and able to represent our company with confidence.
