iProcess Global Research has over 22 years of experience supporting biotech, pharma, diagnostics, and research organizations globally through biospecimens, laboratory services, and scientific operations. We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to help drive growth, partnerships, and market adoption for AxisOne. This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, problem-solving, relationship development, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Help drive adoption and awareness for AxisOne
- Build relationships with biotech, pharma, CROs, labs, and scientific organizations
- Coordinate LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, demos, and outreach initiatives
- Support conference planning, networking, and partnership development
- Help manage CRM systems, lead tracking, and growth funnels
- Coordinate with international teams supporting content and execution
- Assist with scientific marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Gather customer feedback and help improve onboarding and messaging
- Support outreach to researchers, scientific communities, and industry partners
Qualifications
- 2–6 years experience in biotech, healthcare, scientific SaaS, B2B growth, partnerships, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable interacting with scientific and business audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to wear multiple hats
- Interest in AI, biotech, life sciences, or scientific innovation
- Experience with LinkedIn, webinars, CRM tools, outbound outreach, or marketing platforms is a plus
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in biotech SaaS, CROs, diagnostics, laboratory services, or scientific software
- Experience attending or supporting scientific conferences
- Familiarity with scientific workflows or outsourced R&D
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or automation tools
Location This is an in-person role based primarily out of our Irving office, with flexibility for conferences, meetings and travel. Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year
