Lead / Senior PHP developer (Ultima.school)

Currently, we are looking for a full-time Lead / Senior PHP developer (non-Genesis) product company Ultima.school, who will take part in building an international level educational platform with the prospect of growing to CTO. We work flexibly, remotely, without bureaucracy. We offer ambitious tasks, career growth, and worthy remuneration. Ultima.school is an international online education company that creates affordable and highly effective education in Latin American regions. Successfully launched in Brazil, plans to scale up to other LA countries. Stack: Now - PHP 7+, Lumen / Laravel+ vue, MySQL / Postgres, Git, Docker/Traefik. It is possible to form a new stack. Team: 2 people - back-end, front-end. Looking forward to expanding the team. Parts of the product that we want to implement in the near future: 1) Billing, orders, integration with external CRM systems and advertising cabinets; 2) Infrastructure; 3) LMS (educational platform). What to do:

• build a cool and useful EdTech product in Latin America;
• willingness to write code;
• design and develop application architecture;
• build effective development processes;
• hire and develop a team;
• maintain and develop infrastructure.

What matters to us:

• experience with php / ruby ​​/ python and JS - from 5 years;
• experience managing a team of 3 or more people;
• participation in infrastructure design (deploy, maintenance and monitoring);
• understand modern front-end technologies;
• English at the level of communication with colleagues.
