[Remote] Epidemiologist/MPH Real World Data (RWD)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Fountain Group is a company seeking a Senior Epidemiologist to join their Global Epidemiology Forecasting team. This role involves designing and executing epidemiologic studies and providing actionable insights to support commercial and business strategy functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize findings
- Review and analyze data, then deliver clear epidemiologic insights to commercial stakeholders
- Apply and demonstrate strong working knowledge of epidemiologic methods
- Prepare presentations and deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel
- Present findings to cross-functional partners
- Attend multiple meetings while maintaining independent, self-paced workflow
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborate closely with internal data analysts Skills
- Real World Data
- Doctoral degree in an epidemiology-related field (PhD, DrPH, ScD, etc.)
- MD or PharmD candidates must also have either: An MPH, or 1–2 years of epidemiology experience post-training
- Strong familiarity with: Epidemiology data sources, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation abilities
- Strong project-management capability (role is heavily project-driven)
- Prior experience in an epidemiology consulting firm
