Men's Basketball Recruiting Coordinator Thomas Ridge Athletics Thomas Ridge Athletics is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team for the 2026 Winter season. We are a Post - Graduate Program that helps and promotes student athletes to the next level. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with a passion for coaching and developing young athletes.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead recruitment efforts for prospective players. - Promote a positive team culture and commitment to excellence. -Recruiting players to our program is a big part of what we do!!!!! -Must be able to Lead Recruitment and show results!!!!!
- *Qualifications:**
- Previous recruiting experience is highly desirable. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- *Compensation:**
Pay is based on experience. And your ability to recruit. This is a part time position and commission-based position. If you are passionate about coaching Basketball and are Recruiting, we would love to hear from you!
