What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive projects forward to meet aggressive deadlines and budgets
- Manage and track project deliverables using ServiceNow PPM and Google Workspace tools
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters and schedules
- Lead project meetings, document minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions
- Identify risks/issues and drive mitigation and resolution
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large teams and adapt quickly in a highly process-oriented environment
- Experience driving complex projects with multiple dependencies
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Program Management experience
- Experience with Epic or Cerner implementations
- Familiarity with EMR/application builds for healthcare facilities
- Experience with ServiceNow PPM
