Experienced Client Success/Account Manager – Digital Marketing - No Sales (Remote | 7am–4pm MST)

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (Account Manager) to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate marketing deliverables, and make sure every client feels confident and cared for. If you’re an experienced marketing account manager, client success specialist, or digital project coordinator who thrives on communication and organization, this could be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from onboarding through renewal
• Conduct monthly performance calls and email updates — review reports, analyze results, and present actionable insights
• Collaborate daily with our SEO, content, and web development teams to execute marketing plans and track performance
• Monitor lead and call tracking data to prove ROI and identify new growth opportunities
• Maintain clear notes, updates, and tasks in our CRM to keep everything organized
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional marketing services that align with client goals What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written)
• Analytical mindset — able to interpret reports and explain metrics to clients
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
• Tech-savvy with CRM, spreadsheets, and project management tools
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet
• Able to work 7am–4pm MST (Remote) What Success Looks Like
