Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and customer‑oriented Customer Care Agent to join our dynamic team serving the Greek and Cypriot markets. In this role you will be the front‑line ambassador of arenaflex, handling inquiries across live chat, phone, and email, and ensuring every interaction ends with a satisfied smile. You will work flexible shifts, including evenings and nights, to match the rhythm of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance to customers via live chat, inbound calls, and email.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between end‑users, restaurant partners, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of issues – from order tracking and payment queries to technical glitches and delivery concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, documenting resolutions and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Continuously monitor service quality metrics (CSAT, NPS, first‑contact resolution) and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product updates, and knowledge‑base enhancements to stay ahead of industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluency in Greek and English – both spoken and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.

  • Availability to work full‑time, five days a week, including weekends and national holidays, with flexible shift patterns.
