- Key Responsibilities
- Contact consumers to resolve outstanding accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements professionally and compliantly
- Manage a high-volume account portfolio
- Accurately document account activity
- Meet or exceed monthly performance goals
- What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of third-party collections experience required (remote experience a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional phone presence
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must reside in the US
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
