We are seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build the Unified Platform at the core of TrueCommerce's next generation of supply chain solutions. We are building the Unified Platform that replaces TrueCommerce's fragmented product suite — shared identity, canonical data, agentic workflows, and modern UIs across the entire network. Senior Full-Stack Engineers are the builders at the core of this effort, working across .NET backends, Angular and React frontends, cloud infrastructure, integration pipelines, and AI-powered features. This role is a remote opportunity. What You'll Do: Design and build API-first backend services in .NET 6–8, aligned to the canonical data model Build and maintain modern UIs in React and/or Angular, consuming shared platform APIs Integrate with external systems via REST, EDI, and iPaaS/orchestration layers (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, or equivalent) Implement and consume agentic features using LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) Write and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps; manage deployments with feature flags for safe releases Participate in on-call rotation for BAU support on the live TC.Net platform Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold quality bar across the team Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation Requirements for Success: 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience in production environments .NET / C# backend development — REST API design, SQL Server, async patterns Frontend experience in React and/or Angular — TypeScript, component architecture, state management Cloud platform experience — Azure (App Service, Service Bus, Key Vault, DevOps) Integration platform experience — REST APIs, webhooks, message queues, and at least one iPaaS tool Agentic / AI coding experience — has built features using LLM APIs, tool use/function calling, or MCP Experience with feature flags, trunk-based development, and zero-downtime deployment patterns Preferred: supply chain, EDI (X12/EDIFACT), or B2B integration domain knowledge Preferred: experience with Snowflake, dbt, or analytics data pipelines Preferred: familiarity with identity and auth patterns — OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Microsoft Entra ID Preferred: prior work on platform consolidation or strangler-fig migrations Perks & Benefits Remote first and casual work environment 401k with 3.5% company match and vested after 2 years 20 PTO days - 1 birthday day off - 3 summer days - 1 volunteer day - 10 company holidays Medical, dental, vision and other life/health insurance plans Paid parental leave Wellness reimbursement program Who is TrueCommerce?
