About the Role

We are looking for a Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, and/or advisory roles, ensuring we hire high-quality talent that accelerates phData’s growth in data and AI consulting. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to design sourcing strategies, manage pipelines, and continuously improve our hiring processes. You will help shape how we find, engage, and assess talent while maintaining an excellent candidate experience. Core Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting through every stage of technical and advisory requisitions, including recruiter screens, scheduling, and additional support as needed. Build and execute sourcing strategies from scratch, including writing Boolean search strings KPIs Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to advise on sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent insights Manage a healthy pipeline across multiple open reqs, prioritizing and communicating proactively Deliver a great candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback Track and report on pipeline health; use data to spot where things are slowing down and make the case for what needs to change Stay current on go-to-market (GTM) roles and the data and AI talent market Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven recruiting workflows (sourcing, outreach, screening) to improve speed, signal, and scalability across the hiring process Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience at a recruiting agency or consulting firm Recruiting experience in technical, Go-to-Market and/or strategy roles, with the ability to differentiate between skills and technology stacks Ability to write Boolean search strings from scratch Comfortable managing 8+ requisitions at a time while maintaining quality, urgency, or responsiveness Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and other AI-enabled sourcing platforms

Preferred Qualifications
