Seeking a Senior Manager of Networking to lead the strategy, operations, and financial management of Parexel’s global network environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of enterprise networking, including SD-WAN, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and connectivity services, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth while operating as a business leader - managing vendors, optimizing spend, and driving standardization across a complex global footprint. Key Accountabilities: Own global strategy and operations across networking (Cisco/Meraki), SD-WAN (AT&T), firewalls (Palo Alto), telecom, and AV services Ensure performance, stability, and security of all connectivity services (LAN, WAN, internet, voice, conferencing) Manage vendor relationships (AT&T, telecom providers, hardware/AV partners) including contracts, performance, and escalations Own and optimize financials across network, telecom, and AV (budgeting, forecasting, cost reduction) Drive standardization across global sites Partner with Security on network segmentation, voice security, and compliance requirements Oversee capacity, redundancy, and resilience across all critical services Act as escalation point for major incidents across network, voice, and AV Lead and develop engineering and operations teams across all domains Ensure documentation, asset tracking, and CMDB alignment Provide leadership updates on performance, risks, and cost optimization Skills: Strong leadership across technical and business domains Ability to operate strategically while managing day-to-day operations Strong financial and vendor management skills Clear communicator with executive presence Ability to drive standardization across diverse global environments Knowledge and Experience: Deep experience managing global network, telecom, and AV environments Strong expertise in: SD-WAN (AT&T or similar) Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco/Meraki (LAN/WLAN) Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and spend Experience in regulated environments and security/compliance alignment 10–15+ years of progressive experience, including leadership roles Education: B.A. or B.S. in IT, Computer Science, or related field Why join us: Opportunity to work on innovative projects at the forefront of the industry.
